Greetings from the beautiful Algarve in Portugal. Moved here in 2005 from the UK - was born and brought up in rural Northamptonshire. Both have the natural peace that's so important to me.

I've been on a personal journey since 1987 and get a bit frustrated that I still have to give my growth and awareness (and dealing with past 'stuff') SO much time and attention … but am getting better at just BEing and getting on with whatever the moment calls for.

I work as a 'Life Guide' (or coach if you prefer the word) making use of my own experiences and insights to help others 'find themselves'.

I've no kids, but my Reiki students and book: Reiki - Without Rules (and other writings, etc.) are my legacy.

Currently single again after a 5 year relationship which REALLY helped me grow up in SO many ways … not sure what I need next, but I am sure that the universe will provide whatever it is!
